No license required for personal use, small, medium, large commercial use or home based business (No Limit to the Number of Copies)
You may NOT:
✓ SELL ANY PNG, SVG OR ANY TYPE OF DIGITAL FILES THAT ARE INCLUDING ANY OF MY IMAGES in their original or modified version. You cannot add my artwork on backgrounds, add texts, and resale it as a “new” design to other businesses.
✓ The end products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with my shop!
✓ Wall Art, Boxes, prints and posters including any of my images must be in physical format. Digital files/print at home options are allowed only for custom and personalized prints, not instant downloads.
✓ Sell my designs redrawn or edited as SVG, EPS, AI or any vector editable format.
✓ Resell my images as embroidery files
✓ If you use the images in a product for digital sales (only invitations, postcards, business cards, printable/digital planners, printable planner covers/dashboards are allowed), your product must be sold in the form of a flattened PDF. Your design must necessarily include additional elements (background, text, other graphics), must be significantly different from the original image, must require time, effort, and skill to produce and not derive its primary value from the image itself. End products should not include original images in such a way that they can be easily extracted. You cannot sublicense end products and allow commercial use for your customers. The product description should include something like "For personal use only. Not for commercial use. Not to be resold, repurchased or redistributed".
✓ You are NOT ALLOWED to sell my artwork on Casetify or upload my work to any automated merchandise marketplaces (including but not limited to Society6, Redbubble, Spoonflower or Zazzle). You can use POD services to handle the manufacturing and delivery, but you need to have your own shop to sell your products.
✓ Making public or sharing our art (in their original or modified version) in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute our art is strictly PROHIBITED
✓ Claim it as your own work
✓ Sell as a part of any other clipart
✓ Re-sell, share, claim, transfer, loan, copy, or give away this file.
We regularly check the usage of our graphics/designs and may ask you to provide us with your order number for you to be able to prove that you have bought a license from us for each graphic/design used.

IMPORTANT:
• NO physical material will be shipped. The file is ready for you to download it as soon as your order is confirmed.
• The watermark will not appear in your file.
• You will receive 1 PDF with an active link on Google Drive for downloading all the individual images. You will receive a ZIP file that you have to decompress. It is possible you will not be able to download and open the files on your tablet or phone.
• Please note that due to monitor and printer settings, the colors you see on your screen might differ from the final printed product.
• Downloaded products are non-refundable. All sales are FINAL.
• Before purchasing, please make sure that you have the necessary knowledge or software to work with files. You are responsible for determining if these files are compatible with your software.

If you place your order over a weekend or on an United States public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other United States Post or DHL delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Bertha Bree LLC reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Palm Beach, Delaware, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, California and so we follow any Public Holidays.
DELIVERY WITHIN UNITED STATES
All orders placed within United States are shipped by United States Post. This is a tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.
All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES
Please note: Due to the current world health crisis and the decrease of planes leaving United States, the shipping prices provided by international postal services has increased for international orders.
International orders can choose United States Post or International Courier Service.
United States Post – All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
International Courier Service – $90 flat rate for print only orders and $150 flat rate for all other product orders (this will be the only shipping option available for customers located in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Kenya and Saudi Arabia, please email info@berthabree.com to discuss your shipping options).

International deliveries are ongoing but remain affected by COVID-19. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.

TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For delivery to countries outside of United States, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
